He had earlier written another book about Churchill winning the appreciation of all the five living American Presidents ,President of France and four former British PMs. Ratnu although currently resides at Jaipur- the Pink City of India yet he is in fact a domicile of a village near POKARAN where India carried out her nuclear explosions.This is situated in the district of Jaisalmer- a city housing the world famous golden fort .In 1997 after 23 years of service as Bank Officer he resigned to devote his remaining life for the memory of Winston Churchill who he claims defended the world cause of FREEDOM &DEMOCRACY at a very critical time in the history of mankind. Meanwhile he noticed with interest the gears of the values defended by Churchill -FREEDOM & DEMOCRACY - being fully engaged in the rise and the possible fall of President Clinton through impeachment process .
