Downs was step-fathered by a former CIA special agent code-named Phoenix, former counterterrorism task force operative and former secret serviceman for President Nixon. Downs is a researcher who studied computers and genetics at Central Michigan University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, but because of his upbringing, it is no wonder his fascination with the military and CIA has never ceased.
